About 300 bucks would be my guess....easy to fix, but the shops will slam ya...I dont always agree with their labor rates.
and about the head cover....THER IS NO GASKET!, just a coating of sealer, so if you do redo it this winter, have a good rtv sealant on hand, that will"make" your gasket.
